1:1 Running Coaching Services
Option 1 - One Off
One Off Session = £50 per hour. To suit your needs, could include:
- Technique Coaching
- Drills and Warming Up
- Pre-Race Warm Up and Drill session
- Speed work, hills and tempo sessions
- Heart Rate Training set up
- Foam Rolling – Learn correct techniques – using roller and trigger balls.
- Nutrition and fuelling – review of training diet, race fuelling and eating plan
Option 2 – One Off session plus training plan
General session; with an additional event training plan = £65
Option 3 – Ongoing Mentoring/Coaching
Monthly Mentoring = £50 per month (£100 includes monthly 1:1 session)
Ongoing weekly training plans, coaching and mentoring. Ideal for first time marathon runners, half marathoners or ultra runners.
