My teaching is based on the APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute) Clinical Pilates method and I am fully trained in this qualification.


The APPI method offers more modifications and adaptations than traditional classical Pilates, making it ideal for anyone with anyone with a history of injuries, musculoskeletal issues, abdominal surgery or pain. It is the perfect method for people who are new to Pilates, offering a safe, gradual and progressive approach which builds fitness and confidence.


APPI's approach has become recognised as the industry leader in safe and effective Pilates exercises. 

I am currently offering a limited timetable of classes via video. I am also available for 1:1 Pilates classes online. Please contact me for more information.

Beginner Pilates for Runners - Morning Class ONLINE

An online Pilates class designed specifically for runners and joggers of all abilities.

Led by Clinical Exercise Specialist, Clinical Pilates instructor and runner Sarah Russell.

This class is designed for runners who are new to Pilates, those looking for a safe and gentle class after injury (or currently with an injury) or when returning to exercise after some time off.

The class is designed to work on pelvic control and muscle strength needed for running as well as stretching and mobility. You'll be able to adapt the class to your own needs as I'll teach various modifications throughout.

Thursday 6.30pm-7.30pm
